Terms and Conditions

  • Payment may be made in a single sum or by instalments – please see the Cost and Registering page for full detail
  • We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you have taken advantage of the discount by paying in full. On average 30 days would cover one to two modules so if you are dissatisfied during that period we offer a complete refund. This should be plenty of time to get to know Nigel and decide if the course is for you. (In some instances, for example if paying by cheque or where a commission has been deducted by Paypal, a small administration fee may apply).
  • If you are paying by instalments you can choose to stop at any time. We would just ask that out of courtesy you let us know you no longer wish to continue. We will ask you, purely for our own benefit and so that we can improve where necessary, what your reasons are.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation where it is thought a student will not be able to get maximum benefit from the course, (e.g. a non-English speaker who does not have sufficient command of the English language). In such cases, a full refund of any payment will be given.
  • Contact time with the tutor, Nigel, is guaranteed and forms part of the course in respect of a phone call after every module
  • If the scheduled call needs to be deferred because of student’s unforeseen circumstances it is expected that the student will give 24 hours notice
  • If the scheduled call needs to be deferred because of the tutor’s unforeseen circumstances it is expected that the tutor will give 24 hours notice
  • The phone tutorial will be scheduled and agreed by both parties after the agreed work for each module is received. Minimum 48 hours must be allowed for the work to be reviewed.
  • The Write Inn offers no guarantees as to the success or future income of any participant on the course. The intention of the course is to help clients improve their writing and/or storytelling
  • The Write Inn does not and will not act as agent to any subscribers and does not assist in the promotion or selling of any written work. Whilst guidance and advice can be given as to possible avenues, no direct intervention or hands-on assistance is given as part of this course
  • The objective of this course is to assist the personal growth and development of the client and his/her creative potential. This requires input and work from the student and no guarantees of achievement are made. In other words, you get out what you put in
