On average 60 days would cover at least two modules so if you are dissatisfied during that period we offer a complete refund. This should be plenty of time to get to know Nigel and decide if the course is for you. (In some instances, for example if paying by cheque or where a commission has been deducted by Paypal, a small administration fee may apply).

If you are paying by instalments you can choose to stop at any time. We would just ask that out of courtesy you let us know you no longer wish to continue. We will ask you, purely for our own benefit and so that we can improve where necessary, what your reasons are.

We reserve the right to refuse participation where it is thought a student will not be able to get maximum benefit from the course, (e.g. a non-English speaker who does not have sufficient command of the English language). In such cases, a full refund of any payment will be given.

Contact time with the tutor, Nigel, is guaranteed and forms part of the course in respect of a phone call after every module.

The phone tutorial will be scheduled and agreed by both parties after the agreed work for each module is received. Minimum 48 hours must be allowed for the work to be reviewed.
